Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Yes, you can track your order using the Shop app or the order status page. You can receive real-time updates and notifications by downloading the Shop app or by accessing the tracking link in your order confirmation emails.
Please check that the email address you have entered is correct and if you have not received a confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder first.

Can I amend my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately we cannot amend orders once they have been placed. We may be able to cancel your existing order and ask you to place a new one.
Please note that once orders are placed, they are immediately processed. If an order has commenced being processed, we are unable to cancel your order and you will need to send your order back to us and follow our Returns process.
Do I need to create an account with Box+Betty?
You can shop with us without creating an account however, when you register with us and log in to your account you can manage your order history, save delivery addresses and securely store payment methods. You will also enjoy a smoother checkout experience and can access self-serve returns.
How do I create a customer account with Box+Betty?
You can create an account by following the link below and entering your email on the log in page. You will receive a one-time, 6-digit code to access your account. If you do not have a profile, a new one will be created automatically for you.

Can I cancel my order?
If you are in the European Union, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations Policy, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You also have the right to cancel your order at the point of sale.
Please email us at info@boxandbetty.co.uk in the first instance, so that we can arrange for your order cancellation. If your order has already been dispatched, you will not be able to cancel it before it reaches you. In this instance, please return your items using our returns policy.
Is shopping with Box+Betty safe?
Our website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect customer data and offers secure payment options.
Can I change the address on my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed the address cannot be changed. This is due to GDPR regulations in order to protect your details. Please contact us at info@boxandbetty.co.uk immediately and we will aim to cancel your order.
What should I do if my item is faulty?
We carefully check all our products before shipping to ensure the highest possible standards, but if for some reason the item you have received is damaged or has a clear manufacturing fault, please email our Customer Care Team at info@boxandbetty.co.uk
Any items returned as faulty will be inspected by our Team. Any items that are returned damaged as a result of wear and tear will not be considered faulty and will be returned back to the customer. Examples of wear and tear are soiled, marked or stained garments, fabric pulls, snags, bobbles or garments washed incorrectly.
How do I wash my garment?
Our jackets are made from the highest quality fabrics that require special care. Please ensure that you follow the wash instructions set out on the care label on the inside seam of the garment. Our product pages contain further care instructions and advice.
Do you sell gift cards?
Box+Betty does not currently offer gift cards.
