Delivery Policy

UK Delivery

We offer free delivery within the UK.

The estimated delivery time for UK Delivery is 2 to 5 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number, including a link to the order status page for tracking your order.

Orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed.

Provided the product is in stock, orders will be sent out the same day or next working day.  We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon, or over the weekend, or on Bank Holidays will be shipped the next working day. 

International EU Delivery

All international deliveries within the EU are sent via Royal Mail and are charged at £19.99.  The estimated delivery time for EU deliveries is 2 to 11 working days under normal circumstances.

International Rest of the World Delivery

Rest of the world delivery is charged at £24.99 and is sent via Royal Mail. The estimated delivery time for rest of the world delivery is 5 to 14 working days under normal circumstances.

Please be aware that items being sent outside of the UK may incur local import taxes/duties. The customer is responsible for any local import duties and taxes that may apply.  Box+Betty has no control over these charges and is unable to estimate the amount of such charges.  We advise that you contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number.

If the customer decides not to accept the package there will be a return delivery/administration fee of £35 which will be withheld from the refund.
